The mission of the Valley Organization for Improved Communication and Equality for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing is to insure that a comprehensive, coordinated systems of services (Advocacy, Interpreting, Employment Assistance, Community Support) is accessible to people with disabilities, with a primary focus on those who are deaf and hard of hearing, enabling them to achieve their maximum potential through integration into their communities.
